| 摘 要： | 经过152年的发展，明尼苏达大学的体育逐渐演变为三个独立的部分：体育运动学院、休闲体育部、竞技部。对明尼苏达大学体育的现状，运动学院的人才培养、体育科研和公共体育课现状进行分析，为我国大学体育发展提供借鉴。启示：在公共体育课方面，外聘教师的方法值得借鉴；人才培养方面，应努力做到学院间学分互认；体育科研的跨学科合作是必然趋势；公共体育课被列为选修或取消的作法不适合我国大学。

| Abstract: | After 152 years of development, the sport of the Minnesota University has developed into three indepen- dent parts, i.e., Sport Institution, Recreational Sport Department and Competition Department. The paper analyses the current situation of sport in Minnesota University, talent cultivation, sports scientific research and current com- mon course of sport of Sport Institution, so as to provide references for the development of sport in universities in China. In terms of common course of sport, part-time teacher is a good choice. In terms of talent cultivation, credits should be recognized among different institutions and departments. The trend is cross-discipline sports scientific re- search. The common course of sport as an elective course or as an canceled course is not appropriate for the universi- ties in China. |
