| 摘 要： | 随着北京2008年奥运会的日渐临近，“安全奥运”已是一个全世界人们高度关注的问题。运用风险管理理论，在把握安全奥运内涵的基础上，重点分析了北京安全奥运管理的4大风险源，并提出了减少损失的应对策略。
