| 摘 要： | 在“健康第一”的指导思想基础上，从大学体育保健课程入手，研究体育弱势大学生的体育行为与心理倾向，根据其身心特点，设计促进体育弱势大学生心理健康发展的体育保健课程实施方案，以期探索一套适合他们的教学模式与方法，为完善体育弱势大学生心理健康教学提供参考。
