| 摘 要： | 分析金铃跳高技术的若干运动学参数,并与世界纪录保持者科斯塔迪诺娃比较,发现金铃技术上的不足表现为起跳离地时身体重心太低,其原因是支撑阶段缓冲不够、蹬伸不充分且蹬伸速度不快。

| Abstract: | A comparative analysis was made in this paper on some kinematic parameters of Jin Ling's high jump technique, and compared it with the world record holder Costdinova's technique.The result showed that Jin Ling's gravity is too low during the takeoff. The reason is insufficient cushion and incomplete leg drive in supporting phase. |
