摘    要:为了获取长期从事体育锻炼者的心力储备方面的有关信息 ,对 30名体育系学生和 30名普通系学生进行了心肌收缩能力变化趋势的对照研究。结果表明 ,体育系学生比普通系学生具有较高水平的心力储备。用心力监护仪进行心力储备检测 ,同时具有无创、敏感性和特异性高、简便、快速、费用低、可重复采用和客观量化等特点 ,能在体育运动现场监测心力 ,该方法可用来量度心肌收缩能力和评估运动员与一般人的心力储备。

Abstract:In order to obtain relevant information about cardiac reserve of those who take long term exercise, the contrast study on cardiac contractility changi ng trend of 30 students each from physical education and general department has been made. The result shows that students from physical education department hav e higher level of cardiac contractility reserve than that of students from gener al department. Cardiac contractility monitor can simultaneously collect and reco rd the signal of cardiac cycle and cardiac contractility, offer the advantages o f being noninvasive, convenient, inexpensive, rapid, simple and easy, objective and quantitative, repeatable, high sensitive and specific, able to be performed at sports field for measuring and evaluating cardiac contractility and reserve o f athletes.
