| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对我国优秀自由泳运动员划臂配合技术动作的相关研究,探讨不同距离下自由泳运动员划水时相、划臂配合指数IDC等参数的变化规律.方法:以参加2009年全国游泳冠军杯半决赛及决赛的自由泳运动员为研究对象,利用Dartfish软件进行解析获得IDC等技术参数.结果:随着游泳距离的不断减少,划臂配合模式从后交叉(IDC＜0)过渡到中前交叉(IDC=0或IDC＞0),从而导致手臂配合时段的重新分配:抓水时段大幅度减少,抱水、推水等时段相对增加.划频和划频/划幅比率的增大、划幅的减小,说明这些参数与途中速度一样可以视为游泳成绩的影响因子.结论:根据不同距离运动员调整划臂配合模式,教练员和运动员就会找到适合自己专项的手臂配合技术,从而通过训练提高成绩. |
