| 摘 要： | 为探索从体育大国迈向体育强国之路,运用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等方法,对20世纪80年代提出的体育强国战略进行研究,分析了体育强国概念内涵及特征,初步确定了体育强国指标体系基本框架,提出了体育强国战略目标及"两步迈进"构想和小康体育阶段5个领域发展战略选择.
