| 摘 要： | 对九运会花样游泳决赛技术自选和自由自选技术进行了现场观察 ,并将观察结果与八运会比赛情况进行了比较分析。结果表明 ,八运会后 ,我国花样游泳运动有了明显进步 ,主要表现在运动员技术动作质量有较大提高 ,运动员的能力明显增强 ,自选动作变化多、速度快、力度强、幅度大 ,队形变换快而准确 ,图形变换巧妙 ,托举构思新颖独特 ,成功率高。存在着专项力量较薄弱 ,推进及游泳能力不强 ,表现控制力的规定动作质量较差 ,整套动作的技术难度不高及多样性不足、难度编排单一等问题 |

| Abstract: | In this article, the author observes the technical selection and free selection technique in synchronized swimming final in 9th national games, and compares it with those in 8th national games. The result shows that after 8th national games, there is great improvement in synchronized swimming, the quality of technical movement has been improved greatly, the ability of swimmers have been enhanced. The free selection routine is new, original and unique, and success rate is high. However, There are still some problems such as weakness of specific strength, poor driving and swimming ability, lack of degree of difficulty and variety of exercise. |
