心理训练效果评价结构模型的验证性因素分析

摘    要:运用定性与定量相结合的方法,对心理训练效果评价结构模型进行了验证性因素分析。结果表明:心理训练效果评价结构模型包括3个二阶因子和由29个项目组成的12个一阶因子,其中3个二阶因子是生理评价指标、心理评价指标和行为评价指标;12个一阶因子包括肌电值、指端血容量、脑电图、指端脉搏率、掌心皮肤温度、运动表现、表象清晰度、赛前认知焦虑、赛前躯体焦虑、比赛信心、注意力和价值取向。所研制的评价模型具有较高的稳定性和一致性,可以作为心理训练效果的测量工具。

Abstract:By means of combination between qualitative and quantitative methods,this paper makes a confirmatory factor analysis on the evaluation structure model of mental training effect.The result shows that the evaluation structure model of mental training effect includes three 2nd rank factors and twelve 1st rank factors composed of 29 items.Among them,the three 2nd rank factors refers to physiological evaluation index,psychological evaluation index and behavior evaluation index;the twelve 1-level factors include EMG,finger-tip BVP,EEG,finger-tip BVP-HR,palm ST,sports behavior,imagery ability,pre-game cognitive anxiety,pre-game somatic anxiety,game confidence,attention and value orientation.The evaluation model developed by this article has high stability and consistency and can be used as a tool for evaluating the mental training effect.
