摘    要:以5·12汶川特大地震都江堰、绵阳、广元、德阳4个重灾区10所中、小学校126名地震致肢残学生为研究对象,采用实地调查、深入访谈以及测试等研究方法,对肢残学生的身体发育情况、运动能力进行分析与讨论,并提出有效对策.结果显示,地震导致的肢残严重影响了学生的身体发育及运动能力,其肌肉力量、耐力、柔韧性、平衡性等身体素质以及心肺功能和感觉动作统合能力均有不同程度的下降,如不采取有效方法进行康复训练,将对青少年学生身体生长发育及生活能力带来巨大的负面影响.这些学生目前虽然已从医院回到学校,且受社会各界的广泛帮助与关注,但后续的康复工作缺乏保障.采用体育康复的手段,使其积极、主动地进行体育训练,可为其提高生活能力和质量提供持续、有效的保障.

Abstract:The objects of this study were 126 physically disabled students from 10 elementary and middle schools in the 4 severely damaged areas including Dujiangyan,Mianyang,Guangyuan,and Deyang in Sichuan province by the "5.12" mega-earthquake.Methods applied in this study included literature review,questionnaire inquiry,in-field interview and measurement,and statistical analysis.The purpose is to collect and evaluate the data of the general body morphology,physical functions,mobility,and current rehabilitation status of these students.Results:the physical disability caused by the earthquake significantly impacted the physical function and mobility of these students.There were various degrees of deficits in their physical flexibility,balance,muscle power and endurance.This would negatively affect their physical development and the ability of daily livings in the future if no effective rehabilitation training were followed.Although these children have been back to school from medical facilities and received great support from the communities,the follow-up rehabilitation has not yet been guaranteed.Promisingly,through sports rehabilitation interventions with active participated sports training and play,these students may have an alternative but positive and sustaining way of fast reintegrating into their communities and improving their ability of daily livings.
