| 摘 要： | 本文经过对全国首届蹦床冠军赛男子单人项目前８名运动员的动作完成时间、难度分值、完成情况减分等指标进行统计与分析，并对目前世界高水平运动员的相关资料进行对比研究，认为仅训练半年多的我国蹦床运动员掌握了一定数量的难度动作，但在动作完成时间、难度分值、完成情况减分等指标上差距较大，同时对蹦床的有关训练问题提出了若干思考。

| Abstract: | On the basis of statistical analysis, the author studies the first eight trampolinist at the time of performance, the degree of difficulty and reduced points in finished performance in individual event in our national firsttrampoline championship, and compares it with the world top trampolinist. The author thinks that although ournational trampoline team has undergone half a year training and grasped some difficult movement, the time of performance, degree of difficulty and reduced points in finished performance still lags behind world top level. The author puts forward some questions on trampoline training. |
