等长负荷诱发腰部脊竖肌疲劳时sEMG的变化

摘    要:本研究探讨了等长负荷诱发腰部脊竖肌疲劳过程中 s EMG信号的时、频指标变化规律和特点。研究发现 :时域指标在肌肉疲劳过程变化的特异性较差 ,而频域指标的特异性较好 ,且其时间序列曲线的斜率与等长负荷持续时间呈明显统计相关。研究结果表明 ,s EMG频域指标时间序列曲线的斜率是评价腰部脊竖肌功能的较好指标

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to examine the shift characteristics of sEMG signal and to identify some sEMG predictors of muscle functional level. All subjects performed muscle isometric loading test. The results showed that 1) both rate of MF and MPF decline showed a linear type decrease; 2) both MF, MPF decline rate have a significant correlation to endurance time. In conclusion, MF and MPF decline rate used in present study were a reliable noninvasive predictor of muscle functional level.
