| 摘 要： | 基于当前迈向体育强国发展战略及足球运动发展面临现实困境背景下,主要运用文献资料调研、专家访谈及问卷调查法等遵循历史逻辑线索,通过对我国城市群众足球运动发展历程进行阶段性系统回顾与分析,追溯、把握群众足球运动文化脉络沉淀,探索其发展特征与规律,并通过探析足球发达国家群众性足球普及、启示及中外在足球发展中主要差距基础上,提出其发展策略,为新时期新形势下群众足球及足球项目系统工程健康发展提供参考.
