| 摘 要： | 通过对参加2004年5月在石家庄举行的全国田径锦标赛暨奥运会选拔赛女子跳远决赛中成绩前6名运动员起跳技术影片的解析,并与世界优秀跳远运动员起跳有关环节运动学参数的对比发现,我国运动员在起跳中具有良好的弹性,起跳蹬伸技术比较成熟,但起跳扇面角不够理想。在助跑中绝对速度较低,而垂直速度和腾起角接近世界水平,说明我国运动员起跳时垂直分速度占腾起初速度的份额较世界优秀运动员大,她们的腾起角与腾起初速度并不完全匹配,原因是一味追求腾起角度而忽略了水平速度的作用。

| Abstract: | Through making analysis on takeoff technique of top six jumpers in woman long jump final match in National Athletic Championship in may of 2004,and comparison with relevant kinematic parameter of world elite long jumpers,the author finds out that the Chinese long jumpers have good elasticity during the takeoff.Their stretch technique is well done,but the covering area of takeoff is irrational.The absolute velocity of run-up is relative low,while the vertical velocity and takeoff angle is close to world level.This shows that Chinese jumper's jump angle doesn't match the original jump velocity completely because of the large portion of vertical velocity in original velocity.The main reason is to pay more efforts on jump angle and neglect the role of horizontal velocity.jump angle that cannot match completely should be paid more attention to in training. |
