我国运动员人力资本收益分配理论研究

摘    要:运动员人力资本收益分配,是关系到体育劳动领域收入分配效率与公平的重要问题。对我国运动员人力资本收益分配制度、分配原理等理论问题的研究,是研究我国运动员人力资本收益分配问题的基础工作。我国运动员人力资本收益分配是按劳分配与按生产要素分配的结合;不同劳动形态决定我国运动员人力资本收益分配具体方式;指出了我国运动员人力资本收益分配权归属与分配力强弱;探讨了运动员参与体育劳动剩余分配的经济学原理。

Abstract:The distribution of athlete human capital income has a very direct influence on the efficiency and fairness of income distribution in sport-work domain.Study on our national athlete human capital income theory such as distribution system and distribution theory can provide a basis for studying our national athlete capital income.In the article,the author points out that our athlete human capital income is distributed according to the combination of work and essential factors of production,and different work formations decide specific distribution methods of our national athlete human capital income.The author also points out the ownership of distributing our national athlete human capital income and the degree of distribution power.Therefore,the author obtains the economic fundamentals of surplus distribution of sports-work.
