| 摘 要： | 2004年欧洲足球锦标赛是一次非常成功的赛事。在本届比赛中,裁判员对运动员的职业犯规、假摔、越位等现象判罚准确,得到欧足联的表扬;同时欧洲裁判员所具有的先进的足球理念、对足球规则的理解程度和公正低调作风是值得中国裁判员学习和借鉴的。

| Abstract: | European Soccer Championship in 2004 was a very successful match.In this match,the referee accurate punishment on professional offend of players,false falling and offside got the applause of UEFA.Meanwhile,the advanced soccer concept of European referee was worth learning for our referee in the area of rule understanding and fairly dealing style. |
