大蒜素对大鼠离心运动后不同时相血清自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:目的观察大蒜素对大鼠一次性离心运动后不同时相骨骼肌结构及血清自由基代谢的影响;方法64只大鼠分为用药组和对照组;用药组每日腹腔注射大蒜素注射液20mg/kg;2周后各组完成一次跑台离心运动,在运动后即刻、24h和48h取比目鱼肌及股动脉血检测;结果电镜观察大蒜素组运动后各时相比目鱼肌损伤较对照组为轻。大蒜素组运动后24h血清SOD显著高于对照组(P<0.05),48h血清T-AOC显著高于对照组。运动后即刻,大蒜素组和对照组血清MDA都升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),且大蒜素组血清MDA非常显著低于对照组(P<0.01);结论大蒜素可显著提高离心运动大鼠抗自由基氧化的功能。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of allicin on the metabolism of serum free radical and muscle structure of rats at the different phase after eccentric exercise.Sixty-four SD rats were divided randomly into group with allicin and control group.All rats in group with allicin were injected 20 mg/kg allicin abdominally for two weeks.After two weeks,each group finished on treadmill for eccentric exercise for one time.The soleus muscle and blood sampling by arteria femoralis was obtained at instant,24 h and 48 h after running.The result showed that the soleus muscle damage at group with allicin was lighter than control group.Serum SOD after 24 hour of group with allicin was higher than that of control group.The result was the same for T-AOC after 48 hours.Serum MDA for both group increased significantly.However,the serum MDA of group with allicin was significantly lower than that of control group.It concluded that allicin could improve the function of free radical antioxidant for rats with eccentric exercise.
