篮球运动员补充糖和(或)肌酸对其定量负荷后血清CK、BUN值变化的影响

摘    要:按正交表L4 (2 3 )进行实验设计,进行关于糖、肌酸补充对篮球运动员血尿素氮、血清肌酸激酶活性影响的效果观察实验。结果表明,单独补充糖或肌酸、同时补充糖和肌酸均可使运动员赛后的即刻血清肌酸激酶活性、血尿素氮显著下降,而且,糖和肌酸同时补充效果好。提示,同时补充糖和肌酸有利于篮球运动员提高赛场竞技能力。

Abstract:According to orthogonal table L4 (23),this paper observes the effect of oral creatine and carbohydrate supplement on CK and BUN of basketball players.The result shows that the supplement of carbohydrate and creatine alone or in combination with other can result in significantly decline in serum creatine kinase and blood urea nitrogen of basketball players shortly after exercise.It suggests that supplement carbohydrate and creatine are benefit to promote the competitive ability of basketball players.
