| 摘 要： | 通过对我国东、中、西部地区民族传统体育开展情况进行抽样调查,发现我国民族传统体育失范的成因为社会发展的必然、政策性的失误和具体执行过程中的偏差,我国民族传统体育失范的控制特征主要表现为政府行为的强制干预和漠不关心,民间行为的与时俱进和实用性.通过重塑新的行为规则、责任和价值内涵,力求转换政府对待民族传统体育的管理理念,强化政府责任;打破传统教育理念,调整民族传统体育目标为"重过程、轻结果";保存民族传统体育的原始意义,并不断赋予时代意义来规避民族传统体育意义匮乏;保存民族传统体育的核心形式,防范民族传统体育本质缺失;坚持民族性与时代性相统一,让民族传统体育通过服务于社会来寻求自身发展的现实道路;发展民间体育组织的力量,引导民族传统体育走综合化发展道路.
