| 摘 要： | 运用实地调查、专家访谈、小型座谈会等方法,对西安城市业余体育赛事发展问题展开调研.研究发现,近年来,西安城市业余体育赛事取得了长足的发展,积累了许多较为成功的经验:以公益为主的赛事运作模式,吸引着大量的体育爱好者;创新是维护和推动城市业余体育赛事发展的灵魂;政府和相关项目协会的支持是城市业余体育赛事得以发展的保障;竞赛制度的灵活性和规范的适应性是保证城市业余体育赛事活力的法宝;城市业余体育赛事贴近大众的"草根性",成就了其得以发展的群众基础;适宜的社会经济环境为城市业余体育赛事的发展提供了土壤.西安城市业余体育赛事在发展过程中也存在着诸多的问题.基于以上分析,提出了相应的对策建议.
