| 摘 要： | 采用走访、问卷和数理统计等研究方法,从运动员的角度对合同、转会、伤病及退役等方面利益进行调查,分析得出现阶段我国职业足球运动员利益保障程度较低,足协和俱乐部在运动员利益保障制度建设上还有待完善,同时提高保障球员利益政策的执行力度等,提出了应首先在健全足协和俱乐部内部机制上下功夫,同时要加大对足球经纪人培育工作以及完善保障运动员利益的相关法律工作等措施。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper makes investigation on benefit guarantee of players from aspects of contract,transfer,and injury,draws some conclusions which include in shorting of benefit guarantee at present,needs to perfect guarantee system and strength policy enforcement.Finally,some measures are put forwarded such as perfecting interior mechanism and correlation law working and fostering football brokers and so on. |
