| 摘 要： | 对香港、北京、上海、广州、福州、苏州的部分中学体育教师关于 2 1世纪体育教师应具备的能力的问卷调查和统计分析显示 ,香港与内地中学体育教师相当一致地认为 ,教学能力、组织能力、训练能力、自学能力是中学体育教师最重要的能力 ,香港教师比内地教师更注重自学能力 ,两地教师在中学体育教师应具备科研能力和审美能力方面存在认识不足。 |

| Abstract: | The investigation and statistic analysis result of the academic abilities of middle school P. E. teacher from HongKong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Fuzhou and Suzhou showed that the ability of teaching, organizing, training and self-studying were consistently considered as most important factors for the middle school P. E. teacher. The teachers from HongKong paid more attention to the ability of self study than those from interior of China and teachers from both sides did not pay enough attention to the research and aesthetic ability. |
