| 摘 要： | 本文使用 80 .8神经类型量表对我国自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员男、女 1 5人进行了测试 ,结果表明 :其具有明显的项目特征 ,且不同水平、不同性别的运动员神经类型比较无差异。本文认为 ,在选拔自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员时应重视其神经类型 ,在安排训练时 ,应根据运动员的神经类型特点 ,采用不同的训练方法

| Abstract: | By 80.8 Nerve Type Scale, the author measured nerve pattern of 15 man and woman freestyle aerials skier. The results show that there is a significant difference between different events and no significant different between different levels and sex. We suggest that specific training plan should employed according to the skier's nerve type. |
