| 摘 要： | 优秀男子篮球运动员的运动寿命在此特指运动员竞技能力达到高水平以后 ,正常情况下持续到不能再适应其原来参加的高水平重大比赛而退役的一段时间。这段时间的长短受到多方面因素的制约和影响 ,是一个复杂的问题。本文通过对不同时期中外优秀男子篮球运动员年龄的统计发现 :他们的年龄普遍有增长的趋势 ;他们的运动寿命普遍有延长的趋势。我们应该重新认识和划分优秀男子篮球运动员的年龄阶段 ,在注重培养新秀的同时 ,也要充分发挥“老将”的作用。

| Abstract: | The sport life span of elite male basketball players here refer to a period which from the players grown to veteran to be unable to retain their competitive ability in high standard to retire. Sports life span of elite male basketball players are influenced by many factors, it is a complicated problem. In this paper, the author make a statistics on age of elite male basketball players home and abroad at different stages, and find that average age of elite male basketball players tend to increase and their sport life span are becoming longer. It is important to rethink and divide the age segment of elite male basketball players. We shall bring the veterans into fully play while training the recruits. |
