| 摘 要： | 为全面分析西北 4省 (区 )少数民族地区全民健身状况 ,通过社会调查和数理统计 ,研究得出西北民族地区全民健身在体育文化通约性基础上具有一定共同特征 ,同时 ,由于地域文化制约而形成的体育文化相对性 ,使各地健身活动表现为不同模式。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the situation of national fitness in the northwestern minority region, the author makes some research through investigation and statistics. The result shows that the national fitness in the northwestern minority region has some common characters based on the similar physical culture. Meanwhile, because of the difference regional culture, it makes the national fitness in these areas appear in different models. |
