| 摘 要： | 根据我国体育发展的实际情况 ,结合立法学理论 ,对《中华人民共和国体育法》存在的问题进行分析 ,发现该法从外在表现形式上存在着法律规范结构不完整 ,不明确 ,具体化、实施性的规范较少等问题 ;从内容上存在立法目的陈旧、部分法律制度不完善等问题。基于现行《中华人民共和国体育法》存在的诸多问题 ,建议尽早修订

| Abstract: | Based on practical condition of our sports development and combining with theory of legislation, this paper makes overall analysis on existing problems of sports law of P.R. of China. The result shows that it exists nonstandard, ambiguity for structure of law criterion. The content of sports law is obsolete. According to existing problem, it suggests to revise as soon as possible. |
