| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、实地调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对吉林省延边自治州男子足球后备人才的培养体系、训练与竞赛管理、教练员队伍状况及影响延边足球后备人才因素进行调查研究,分析其存在的主要问题,并对延边足球后备人才的培养提出建议。
