| Abstract: | Aiming at the current situation of ability deficie ncy of elite organizational basketball guard in our country, the author explains the possess quality and cultivation method for organizational guard through the data analysis, reasoning, induction. The main purpose is to provide theoretical basis for rapid growth of elite organizational basketball guard. |
