| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、数理统计、录像观察和逻辑分析法,对中国男子篮球队对手3分球进攻的战术防守效果进行分析,指出中国男子篮球队在防守3分球时的主要问题:在防守快攻时,重视限制区周围的防守,放松对3分区的防守;使用区域联防时,对手的3分球运用率和命中率较高;在半场人盯人时,防守范围较小,是松动盯人,使对手容易进攻到3分线从而获得较多的3分球进攻机会;高大运动员防守对手3分球进攻的意识和能力不强。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to discuss the Chinese man's basketball team defending opponent team's three-point goal.Through using the method of literature investigation,mathematical statistics,video observation and logical analysis,this paper makes analysis on effects of Chinese team defending three-point goal of opponent in team tactics,points out the main problems.When defending the quick attack,more attention is put on the defense of restricted area and three-point field goal defense is neglected.When using the zone defense,the utilization rate and shooting of three-point goal of opponent's team is high.When adopting the man-to-man defense in the half court,the defensive area is small,and three-point goal is easily to be obtained by opponent's team.Based on it,some suggestions are put forwarded. |
