| 摘 要： | 通过统计、对比研究发现 :1)第 17届世界杯足球赛的比赛密度和比赛纯时间比第 13届世界杯、第 11届欧洲杯明显减少。减少的表面原因是 :比赛停顿次数太多、比赛停顿耗时太长。深层原因是由于比赛的激烈对抗程度明显增加 ,裁判员判罚的尺度更加严格 ,运动员控球能力参差不齐 ,导致犯规增多 ,球出界增多 ,受伤换人增多 ;2 )足球比赛密度能体现运动员比赛的体力活动特点。比赛密度、每场停顿次数、平均每min停顿次数、每次停顿消耗时间指标 ,具有运动强度、练习次数、间歇次数、间歇时间等信息含量。同时 ,它在理论上证实了足球运动员间歇变速跑是足球比赛的重要特征 ,这要求我们在足球体能训练中尽量采用间歇变速跑的方式 ,而不是 12min跑 ,这对我国足球训练具有重要的指导意义

| Abstract: | Through Statistical analysis,the author finds out that the match frequency and time in 17~(th) World Cup is obviously short comparing with 13~(th) World Cup and 11~(th) European Cup.The reason is times of match break too frequency,and used for single match too long.The deep reason is the increasing combat in match and strict judgement.The different control ability of Soccer players leads to increasing of fault,ball out of sideline and players of match in and out.The match frequency shows the physical activity characteristics of players.Match frequency index,times of match break,match break times per minute reveal the information as sports intensity,training times,interval times,duration of interval.At same time,it theoretically proves the important characteristics of intermittent running in soccer match.It suggests that we should use the interval speed changing running model in physical training rather than 12 minutes running.It has significant meaning in soccer training. |
