| 摘 要： | 以九运会女子铅球的前8名运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料调研、数理统计、影像分 析等方法进行分析研究。结果表明:我国优秀女子铅球运动员在滑步阶段,左腿有效摆动不足, 右腿蹬伸力量、速度不佳。脱离身体重心运动速度而片面要求滑步阶段的运动速度越快越好是 不合理的。在过渡阶段,右髋向投掷方向的前移不够,不利于身体重心速度的回升。最后用力阶 段,技术还不稳定,出手角度与出手速度之间的组合应该因人而宜,而不宜采用固定的理论模 式。

| Abstract: | With the steady improvement in the technical level of track and fields, any event cannot hold advantage forever. The technique of our female shot putters has formed its own style,but there still exist problems in some links of technique. Since 1994,our female shot put sports enters the period of low development. The author studies the top 8 female shot putters in 9th National Games through using the method of documentary, mathematical statistics and film analyzed. The result shows that the effective swinging of left leg is insufficient and extending strength of right leg is not good at the stage of sliding. At the stage of transition, the right hipbone dose not move forward enough in the direction of putting which is not good for center of body gravity to speed up its velocity. In the final stage of putting, the technique does not stadily,the combination of release angle and velocity should be different for each indivdual. |
