| 摘 要： | 对日本武术名著《五轮书》进行研究。研究认为:1)凡是武术就必须突出实战特点,并且要承认武术肯定具有一定程度的残酷性与危险性;2)在现代作为教育的武术,应多采用两人攻防形式练习,动作技术必须遵从战斗原则,求"简单"、"有效",即使是套路也应如此;3)武术在实战中须讲究战略与战术,应提倡"攻击、再攻击"的精神;4)武术的深层次理论须与人生的终极意义相结合,即通过技术练习进入哲学层次,以求得自然率直之心。这4点是值得中国武术借鉴的。

| Abstract: | There are a great number of differences between the Sino-Japanese martial arts,and this article aims at finding out the clues to promote the development of Chinese martial arts from the research of Japanese martial arts masterpiece "A Book of Five Rings".By researching this we can gain the following conclusions:Firstly,all martial arts must highlight the characteristic of actual combat,and must acknowledge that the martial arts are sure to be brutal and dangerous to certain extent.Secondly,martial arts,as a kind of education currently,should adopt the form of offensive and defensive exercises.Besides,the movement technique should comply with the fighting principle and should be simple and effective,and the routine should also be so.Thirdly,in the actual combat of martial arts,the strategy and the tactic should advocate the spirit of attack and attacks again.Fourthly,deep level theory of the martial arts must combine with ultimate meaning of the life,which is to enter the philosophy level from technique practices in order to obtain the natural and straightforward heart.These four points are worth of references for Chinese martial arts. |
