| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调研、问卷调查、调查访问,获取了中国青少年女子足球运动有关管理、人员队伍建设、训练、竞赛、经费投入、场地设施等宝贵的第一手资料,本着实事求是、持续发展和培养人才的原则,根据中国国情和中国青少年女子足球运动的概况,制定出中国青少年女子足球运动的指导思想,在此思想指导下,借鉴国外一些国家青少年女子足球运动发展经验以及国内若干地区女子足球运动发展经验,提出具体的工作措施,为我国青少年女子足球运动的可持续发展提供参考与保障。 |
