| 摘 要： | 通过对辽宁省66所小学业余训练队现状调查,将收集到的资料进行数理统计并加以分析,得出1)辽宁省多数小学能重视竞技体育基础人才的培养工作,业余训练项目布局突出辽宁省的优势项群,为辽宁省在该项群体育竞技后备人才储备上提供了基础来源;2)小学业余训练和选材机制出现偏颇,延缓了竞技体育基础人才的培养和开发;3)业余训练运动员学习成绩喜忧参半,应加强竞技体育基础人才的全面发展。提出小学业余训练的“双基训练模式”。

| Abstract: | Through making investigation on current condition of sports teams from 66 primary schools in Liaoning province,this paper made statistical analysis on collecting data.The result showed that most primary schools in Liaoning province could attack much attention to basic sports talent cultivation.The distribution of training events exhibit the advantage of our province,which provided the basic resource of sports talent reservation at this group events.The training and talent selection mechanism of primary schools existed some problems,which postponed the development and cultivation of sports talent.The study of sports team members was either worry or glad,which should strengthen the overall development.Based on it,the author put forward double bases training model using the point of systematicity and pedagogy in order to promote sustainable development of basic sports talent in Liaoning province. |
