| 摘 要： | 体育竞赛纠纷解决机制通常有诉讼、仲裁及行业纪律处罚三种 ,本文通过对这 3种纠纷解决机制的比较分析 ,结合我国体育体制转轨现状及立法滞后的特性 ,从体现公正、公平角度重点探讨行业内部解决纠纷机制的重置问题

| Abstract: | Dispute settling mechanism of sports competition is classified as three types; lawsuit, arbitration and discipline punishment. Through comparative analysis on three types of mechanism, combining with status quo of sports system reformation and legislation lag in China, this paper discusses the reconstruction of dispute settling mechanism in sports from the points of justness and fairness. |
