| Abstract: | Using the comparative method, the authors investigated and discussed the' statequo, development condition and restrictive factors of the foreign and Chinese sports clubs from the administrationstructure, management way and so on. At the same time, they set forththe enlightenment on the Chinese sports clubs gained from the development experience of foreign sports clubs. |
