精氨酸对免疫机能的影响及调节作用

摘    要:采用文献资料法,论述了精氨酸的合成及代谢功能、精氨酸对免疫机能的影响及补充精氨酸对运动免疫机能的调节作用。指出:在运动应激状态下,机体对精氨酸的需求量明显增加,提供充足的精氨酸能明显减少氮丢失,有益于机体蛋白质合成,调节机体免疫功能;同时精氨酸有助于多胺和一氧化氮的合成,具有免疫增强和调理作用。

Abstract:The method of literature was applied to setting forth the synthetic and metabolic functions of arginine,the effect of arginine on immune function and the regulatory action of supplementing arginine on exercise immune function.It puts forward that in the state of exercise stress,the body requirement for arginine increases notably,therefore enough supply of arginine can decrease the loss of nitrogen and be good for the synthesis of body protein and regulating body immune function;and meantime arginine helps to promote the synthesis of polyamine and nitric oxide and has the functions of strengthening and nursing immune ability.
