对我国优秀武术套路运动员赛前不同训练负荷的生化监测

摘    要:通过对参加九运会武术决赛的部分省市优秀运动员赛前不同训练负荷进行了生化监测研究。结果表明,2个整套训练应属于中等负荷训练的范畴,适合运动员日常的技术性训练;4个整套训练应属于大负荷训练的范畴,适合对运动员施加大负荷的刺激,从而产生超量恢复,提高运动能力;同等条件训练下,运动员的反应存在差异性,教练员应针对性地制定训练计划。

Abstract:The biochemical inspection was carried out on the different training loads of elite routine athletes from some provinces and cities before competitions, who took part in the finals of the 9th National Games. The results show that two routines belong to the category of medium training load and are suitable for the athletes' daily skill training; four routines are in the category of heavy training load and suitable for increasing the athletes' stimulation of heavy training load so as to bring about over-recovery and to improve the motor ability; and athletes' reaction are different under the same training circumstance. Thus, coaches should constitute relative training plans.
