| 摘 要： | 分析商业性体育赛事的产权交易特征和交易费用,并围绕建立现代产权制度中的“流转顺畅”目标提出建议。商业性体育赛事交易内容复杂、交易过程繁琐,导致其成为交易主体多、信息需求量大,交易品种杂,并由一系列互补合同组成的商业信用交易。有关商业性体育赛事的交易是一类交易费用昂贵的复杂交易,很难由市场内生、自发地形成适合的交易方式,应进行交易方式的创新：在已有的交易平台中建立体育产权交易板块具有可行性。

| Abstract: | It analyzed the transaction features and costs of the property rights related to the sports competitions with commercial nature, and made some suggestions around setting the target of "smooth circulation" in the modern institutions of property rights. The transaction contents and course of the sports competitions with commercial nature are complicated and tedious, which makes it be the transaction that has many main bodies, great number of demands for information, numerous and disorderly strains and commercial credit composed of a series of complementary contracts. The transaction of sports competitions with commercial nature is a kind of complicated transaction with expensive transaction costs, and it's very hard to form the suitable transaction way inherently and spontaneously generated by market. So it is necessary to make innovation of transaction way, and it is feasible to set up the transaction plate of sports property rights in the existing transaction platform. |
