| 摘 要： | 体育法治是法治体系的基本构成要素,是法治精神与体育管理实践的有机结合,其在法治国家建设进程中具有十分独特的地位。体育法治的原则是体育管理制度建设的灵魂和精神指引,在体育法治研究中占据着重要的位置。体育法治的基本原则包括:保障公民体育权利原则、限制体育行政权力原则、体育社团自治原则、体育权利救济原则和体育法律责任原则。

| Abstract: | Governing sport by law is a basic component essential of the governance-by-law system,is an organic integration of governance-by-law spirit with sports management practice,and has a very distinctive position in the course of the construction of governance-by-law country.The principles of sports governance by law are the soul and spirit guidance of sports management system construction and occupy an important position in the research on sports governance by law.The basic principles of sports governance by law include those of protecting civil sports rights,limiting sports administrative rights,self-governance of social organizations,the relief of sports rights and sports legal responsibility. |
