力量训练对专项成绩的影响

摘    要:采用文献资料法,就力量训练对专项成绩的影响进行探讨:结果认为,力量训练的形式与专项活动形式差别越大,其获得的效果对专项成绩提高的作用就越小;专项力量训练的形式是特定的,其获得的效果是专一的,且有利于专项成绩的提高;对已经拥有良好肌肉力量的高水平运动员来说,过多的非专项性的力量训练不但不利于专项成绩的提高,甚至可能有负面作用;采用爆发式的弹性力量训练有利于速度能力的提高;从事有氧耐力项目的运动员进行力量训练时,应采用低负荷、高重复的练习形式,这样不会导致肌肉体积的增大;在发展肌肉力量的同时,专项技术应当以相同的速度发展,才能更好地发挥力量训练的效果。

Abstract:Using the method of literature, the study has discussed the effect of strength training on specific performance. The results have revealed that the bigger the difference between the form of strength training and that of specific activities is, the less remarkable the effect of the training on the improvement of specific performance is. The form of specific strength training is special, its effect is also special and good for the improvement of specific performance. Not only is it not good for the improvement of specific performance to undergo too much non-specific strength training, it probably has negative effect, as to those high level athletes with good muscular strength. Explosive elastic strength training is beneficial to the enhancement of velocity ability; aerobic endurance athletes should apply low-resistance and high-repetition exercise form to strength training, in this way, muscular volume will not be increased; and specific technique and muscular strength should be improved synchronously, only in this way can the effect of strength training be brought into full play.
