摘    要:采用实验方法,探讨研究对象在WAnT中的适宜负荷,以及各项指标在不同组别之间的差异性.结果显示,最大功率随负荷增加而增加,其中跳远组显著高于其他两组(p<0.01);三组受试者的平均功率无显著性差异(p>0.05);中长跑组疲劳指数显示小于其他两组(p<0.01).结果认为,0.090~0.095kp/kg这一范围的阻力负荷,可作为运动员WAnT测试中的适宜强度.

Abstract:By experiments, the present study is to determine the appropriate loads in WAnT for the subjects and the difference of various indices between the different groups. The results show that the peak power(PP) would rise with the increase of the resistance; PP in the long jump group is significantly higher than that in the other two groups(p<0.01); The mean power of the subjects in three groups is not obviously different (p>0.05); The fatigue index(FI) in the long and middle-distance running group is lower than that in the other two groups (p<0.01). The conclusion is that the resistance loads ranging from 0.090 to 0.095 kp/kg is considered as the appropriate resistance loads of athletes in the WAnT test.
