| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料与问卷调查等研究方法,将上海体育学院竞技体校的运动项目设置融入上海竞技体育的大系统中进行分析。认为上海体育学院竞技体校的项目设置应分为优势项目:古典式摔跤、田径、武术(套路、散打)、击剑和拳击;潜优势项目:跆拳道、女子举重以及女子自由跤;开拓发展项目:乒乓球、网球、羽毛球等。提出发展构想:加强内部管理体制的建设,严格推行“绩效”考核制度;加大科技投入的力度,建立训练、科研一体化体制;扩大竞技体校的规模,建成上海较大规模的后备人才培训基地;进一步提高优势项目的水平,争取建立部分项目国家训练基地。

| Abstract: | The methods of literature,questionnaire etc.were used to analyze the set-up of the sports events in the sports school affiliated to Shanghai University of Sport(SUS) by way of merging this kind of set-up into the big system of Shanghai competitive sport.It holds that the set-up of sports events in the affiliated sports school of SUS ought to be divided into three parts.The first part is the events with advantage,i.e.international-style wrestling,track & field,Wushu(routine and free-fighting),fencing and boxing;the second one is the events with potential advantage,which are Taekwondo,female weightlifting and female free-style wrestling;and the third one is developing events,which include table tennis,tennis,badminton and gymnastics.And meanwhile it put forward the following conception of development: strengthening the construction of internal management system,seriously putting the check-up system of achievements into practice,increasing the dynamics of scientific-technical investment,setting up the integratized system of training and scientific research,enlarging the scale of sports school,building the sports school into a bigger training base of Shanghai sports reserve talent,further enhancing the level of the events with advantage and striving to set up a national trainging base for part events. |
