| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法，对我国羽毛球教练员岗位培训现状进行调查分析。结果表明：参加培训的教练员整体专业运动水平较高，但学历水平较低；教练员执教年限与等级、教练员的等级与运动等级、教练员等级与年龄基本呈正相关；岗培开设的部分课程与实际结合不够紧密；考核方式单调，实用性不强；对教材的总体评价较高，内容较充实；岗培教师年龄偏大。建议根据教练员实际需求制定培训内容；加大实践性操作考核力度：利用多媒体技术教肇：加强师资队伍建设。 |

| Abstract: | It used the research methods of literature,questionnaire etc.to investigate and analyze the present condition of badminton coaches' post training in our country.The results indicate that the specialized sports level of the coaches participating in the training is higher on the whole,but their level of educational background is on the contrary;basically,the rank of coaches correlates positively with the number of years they teach,their athletic grade and age; some of the curriculums established for the post training don't integrate with the realty enough;the mode of examination is flat and poor in practicality;the overall assessment of the teaching material is high,and the teaching material is more substantial in contents;the teachers in charge of the post training are a little older.It proposes establishing the post training contents according to the practical requirements of coaches,increasing the dynamics of examination of practical operation,applying multimedia technique to the teaching and strengthening the construction of teachers' rank. |
