| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法，调查了湖南省普通高校大学生的体育态度和余暇体育行为。结果表明：大学生对体育活动的健身功能及健心、娱乐、社交功能认识较深；在余暇体育活动选择上，男生以对抗性强、身体接触多的项目为主，女生以运动量小，隔网对抗、身体接触少的项目为主。提出加大学校体育场馆建设力度；建立余暇体育俱乐部；加强校园体育文化建设等发展对策。

| Abstract: | It used the research methods of literature,interviews,questionnaire etc.to investigate the attitude of the students in Hunan common institutions of higher learning to sports ant their leisure sports behavior.The results indicate that university students acquire a deeper understanding of the functions of keeping fit and the mental health,entertainment and social intercourse that the sports activities have;in the selection of leisure sports activities,male students take the events with strong antagonism and frequent touch of body as the main ones they participate in,while the female students take the events with light intensity,antagonism separated by net and less touch of the body as their favorite events.It brought forward the following countermeasures for development: increasing the dynamics of the construction of school playground and gymnasiums, setting up leisure sports clubs,strengthening the construction of campus sports culture and so on. |
