| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查访问法，对我国投掷运动员身体训练水平与专项技术训练水平的发展进行了研究。以专项技术、一般身体素质、专项身体素质三者之间的相互关系作为研究的切入点，分析了影响投掷运动成绩的主要因素，提出以技术训练为核心的身体训练水平与专项技术训练水平匹配发展的观点，以及匹配发展方案实施的办法。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature and material, investigations and interviews, the present article makes a study of the development of the Chinese throwers' physical and specific technical training level. Taking the interrelations among specific technique, general physical quality and specific physical condition as a cutting in point, it analyzes the main factors influencing throwing results, and puts forward such a viewpoint, i.e. the matchable development of physical training level and specific technical training level by using technical training as a core, and the method to put such developmental plan into effect. |
