| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、比赛临场统计方法，分析我国男排优秀自由防守队员的身高、接发球、防守效果、接球比重。结果表明：身高适合于自由防守队员的专位特点和要求；接发球能力和稳定性有所提高；防守效果、接球比重有显著性提高，但与世界强队的自由防守队员相比还有较大差距。

| Abstract: | The methods of literature and on-the-court statistics were used to analyze the body height, the effectiveness of receiving services and defense and the proportion of receiving services of free-defensive elite of our country. The results indicate that their body height is suitable to the special position features and demands of free-defensive players; the ability and stability of receiving services are enhanced and the defensive effectiveness and proportion of receiving services are significantly improved, but there still exist greater disparity compared with free-defensive players of the world best volleyball teams. |
