| 摘 要： | 历经50年的发展,日本体育少年团已根植于日本社会,对促进日本青少年体育的发展发挥了积极作用。借鉴日本体育少年团的发展经验,对处于起步阶段的我国青少年体育俱乐部的发展具有启示意义。提出我国青少年体育俱乐部健康发展的对策:加强监督管理,强化志愿者的招募和培训,提高宣传层次,延长政府扶持期限等。 |

| Abstract: | The Japanese junior sport clubs has been rooted in society,with the development of 50 years,which plays a positive role to promote Japanese adolescent sport development.With the experience from above,the study points out that it is a proper strategic choice for China to facilitate the development of the youth sport clubs,by means of the improvement in supervision and management,volunteer recruitment and training,and the extension of government support span,etc. |
