大型体育赛事的战略管理研究

摘    要:从赛事规划、可行性分析、赛事执行、遗产继承、赛事评估与反馈等赛事战略管理的各阶段入手,系统阐述体育赛事战略管理理论;同时结合国外发达国家大型体育赛事战略管理的成功经验,将墨尔本与上海进行对比,针对我国在大型体育赛事战略管理上存在的问题进行分析,并提出建议。

Abstract:It systematically set forth the theory of strategic management of sports competitions from each phase of sports competitions' strategic management process such as plan of competitions,analysis of feasibility,implementation of competitions,inheritance of fortune,evaluation and feedback of competitions etc.;in the meantime,combined with the successful experience of foreign developed countries' strategic management of large-size sports competitions,it compared Melbourne with Shanghai,analyzed the problems existing in China's strategic management of large-size sports competitions and put forward some suggestions and methods.
