| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，论述了体育后备人才培养中独生子女的特点及影响因素。特点为：周围伙伴从事体育锻炼的氛围；早熟或成人化倾向；性格脆弱。影响因素为：家长的择业观；竞争压力；兴趣爱好等。据此提出建议。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature, this paper has made an approach of the characteristics of only child and influential factors in the cultivation of sports reserve talent. The characteristics are: the atmosphere of the peripheral companions' going in for physical exercise, early-maturing or adultilized tendency, and frailty in character; while the influential factors are: the concept of parents' selection of occupations, the pressure of competition, interests and hobbies, etc. Accordingly the paper has put forward some suggestions. |
